Atlético Madrid Home Shirt 2021-22

Nike and Spanish club Atlético Madrid have unveiled the team’s new home shirt for the 2021-22 season, which commemorates the club’s 75th anniversary before it was renamed Atlético de Madrid and is based on the first red and white shirt worn under the Atlético Madrid name in 1947.

The historic 1947 red and white jersey featured a centered white stripe, a design that is also used in the new jersey.The red stripes on the front of the new shirt form a giant letter “A”, meaning “Atlético”, another way of paying tribute to Atletico Madrid.
