adidas and Arsenal today launched No More Red – an initiative by adidas to support Arsenal’s long-term work in the community to protect young people from knife crime and youth violence.
There were more than 10,000 knife crimes in London between June 2020 and June 2021.Last year also saw the highest number of juvenile murders on record in London, the majority involving knife attacks.
No More Red program will build on Arsenal’s community work with young people in the capital to provide a safer, more positive environment for young people while recognizing talented individuals who are making a positive impact on their communities.
No More Red project will be launched by Arsenal in the Emirates FA Cup against Nottingham Forest,At that time, the team will replace the iconic red-based home jersey with an all-white jersey for the first time.
After the game, 10 off-field jerseys, excluding the goalkeeper, will be given to organizations working in the community to reduce knife crime and youth violence,These institutions are Arsenal in the Community、The Stephen Lawrence Day Foundation、Steel Warriors、Don’t Stab Your Future（DSYF）、Box Up Crime、Copenhagen Youth Project、St Giles Trust、Abianda、Octopus Community Network 和 The Ben Kinsella Trust。
